📦 Returns Policy

At Dinasaw Pty Ltd (ABN 53 669 202 591), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Change of Mind: Returns are not generally offered for change of mind. However, at our discretion, we may accept returns if the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. A restocking fee may apply.

• Damaged or Incorrect Goods: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@dinasaw.com.au so we can arrange repair, replacement, or refund.

• Return Process: To request a return, contact us by email. We’ll provide instructions and a Return Authorisation number. Goods returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

• Return Costs: Unless otherwise required under law, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

All returns are handled in line with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
