Our products are built to last, but if something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.
Warranty Coverage: All Dinasaw products are covered by the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition, Dinasaw offers a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (unless otherwise stated).
What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, consumables (e.g., grinding wheels), misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs are not covered.
Making a Claim: Email sales@dinasaw.com.au with your proof of purchase, serial number (if applicable), and details of the issue.
Repairs: Where repair is required, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to Dinasaw unless otherwise agreed. Repaired or replacement goods will be returned at our cost.
